To affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the above Text SMS Marketing, Inc. SMS MARKETING AND SOFTWARE CONTRACT, TERMS OF USE FOR TEXT SMS MARKETING, INC. ALL IN ONE MARKETING AND MASS COMMUNICATION SOFTWARE, and Text SMS Marketing, Inc. Acceptable Use Policy, we require that you write your signature in the box below using your mouse.  After you have finished writing your signature, you may then execute this Agreement.  By clicking “EXECUTE CONTRACT” you will be generating an ORIGINAL SIGNED CONTRACT.  This ORIGINAL SIGNED CONTRACT will be emailed to you and stored permanently in our company’s secure database. 

By clicking EXECUTE CONTRACT, you agree to use an electronic signature for purposes of this transaction.  Please be advised that you have the right to have any record made available in non-electronic form.  You have the right to withdraw consent to use of an electronic record.  We will then make any such record available in non-electronic form for a processing fee of $10.00 USD per record.  To withdraw your consent, you must send express written notice via facsimile to (630) 701-1643.  If you wish to change or update any contact information, you may do so by contacting your account manager.

This ORIGINAL SIGNED CONTRACT will be sent in Adobe Portable Document Format (.pdf), and you will need the free Acrobat Reader to view and print the files.
